1. Courts may be used from sun-up until 10:00 p.m. When nets are down, the courts are closed.

2. Do not use the tennis backboard before 10:00 a.m. or after 10:00 p.m.

3. A resident may use only one court and is encouraged to play doubles. One guest per playing resident may play when others are waiting.

4. When others are waiting, please limit play to:

a) One hour for singles
b) One and one-half hours for doubles
Note: Time begins when players enter the court.

5. All players are encouraged to wear tennis attire, especially shoes. Do not wear hard-soled shoes on the courts.

6. Smoking and drinking alcoholic beverages are prohibited on the courts. Players are asked to refrain from offensive language.

7. No individual music (including instruments) should be played on or around the courts.

8. Any LVPOA tournaments or special events must be scheduled with the clubhouse, pool and courts committees.

9. Wheels or pets of any kind are NOT permitted on the courts.

10.Tennis courts cannot be reserved for private parties or tournaments except for LVPOA member tournaments.
