Annual Meeting 2026
Attention LVPOA Homeowners:
Due to the weather, and upcoming forecast, the Annual LVPOA meeting is postponed until Monday, February 2nd.
We are trying to avoid paying to have the parking lot plowed as the cost was exorbitant.
We will watch both the weather and the parking lot conditions through the week and take what precautions we can to ensure everyone can attend the meeting safely.
If you were planning to pay your dues at the meeting, please be aware they will NOT be considered late. We will extend the deadline to accommodate the reschedule.

2024 Annual Meeting Postponed
January 22, 2024The Annual Meeting for Lakewood Village Property Owners is very important. However, the safety of our neighbors is more important. So, if Springfield Schools are cancelled tomorrow, the Annual Meeting will be postponed for one day and will take place at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, January 23rd.Please plan to attend. 2023 Annual Meeting
January 16, 2024As the holiday season approaches and 2022 comes to an end, the LVPOA Board has been preparing for 2023 and the Annual Meeting. A proposed budget is being finalized for property owner approval, Committee Chairmen are working up reports to be presented and the Annual Meeting Packets are being assembled. As it happens each year, some board member’s terms will be expiring, and new board members are
