  • Clubhouse Use & Rules

The Clubhouse may be scheduled for use any day from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. including holidays and holiday weekends. Requests are honored on a first-come-first-served basis.

Only adult property owners may schedule the Clubhouse. They may schedule it for their own use, NOT for the use of others such as family or friends outside of Lakewood Village.

Private parties shall be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance with a member of the Clubhouse Scheduling Committee. Be sure your dues are current as Clubhouse privileges are suspended if your dues are delinquent.

Private events scheduled for the Clubhouse are limited to three per year per family and are limited to 75 people per party.

Private parties/events should end by 11:00 p.m. unless prior approval has been given by the Board to conclude by 12:00 midnight.

Provide the following information to the scheduler: Your full name, LVPOA address, telephone number, and date for the party/event, nature of the event/party, number of guests and hours to be reserved for the party/event. The scheduler will check with one of the appropriate officers to verify that association dues payment is current.

Pick up the Use and Clean-up Regulations form from the scheduler, sign it, and pay your deposits. Take your deposit of $135.00, as required to make a reservation, to the scheduler in charge for the date of your event/party. Your deposit should be made in two checks, one which is not refunded for $40.00 (to help defray utilities, etc.) and one for $135.00, which is refunded if there is no damage to the clubhouse and if it is left in good order and clean.

If the clubhouse is not cleaned according to the Clean-up Procedures document signed by the member, an additional cleanup fee will be levied for the cost of a Board-approved clean-up service. If payment is not received within 10 days there will be other charges and the possibility of losing other privileges of renting the clubhouse.

Any damage requiring repair or replacement is the responsibility of the member(s) scheduling the Clubhouse.

If you need to cancel your reservation, please call the scheduling committee at least 24 hours in advance of the event. If you cancel after that time frame, you will forfeit your $40 deposit.

Hosts of events are responsible for cleanup of the Clubhouse as soon as it is practical after the event, but no later than 10 a.m. the following day. Hosts are also responsible for closing the Clubhouse after the event.

Members are responsible for the conduct of their guests. Guests and members must remain in the Clubhouse during parties and social events unless arrangements have been made to include grounds adjacent to the Clubhouse and the swimming pool.

Parents are responsible for the conduct of their children. Unsupervised children are not allowed to play in the Clubhouse.

Parties with persons under 21 years of age must be chaperoned by the parent(s) who must also make the reservation. No one under 21 can make party reservations. No alcoholic beverages may be served to those under 21. Beer kegs are not permitted inside the Clubhouse or on the LVPOA grounds.

The Clubhouse shall not be used for meetings/activities of civic groups or for commercial use.

Groups wanting to meet weekly for classes, games, etc., must be made up of at least one-half (1/2) of LVPOA members and must have prior approval from the Board. If less than half of the group is LVPOA members, the prevailing Clubhouse rental will apply.

No pets are allowed in the Clubhouse at any time.

NO SWIM ATTIRE, WET OR DRY, is allowed on the main floor of the Clubhouse at any time.

Tennis courts may not be reserved for private parties.

Parking is confined to paved area – NOT ON THE GRASS.

Any infraction of Clubhouse rules by LVPOA members will be duly noted by the scheduling chairperson and may limit their future use of the Clubhouse.

    No smoking in clubhouse.
