LAWN CARE & MAINTENANCE – The Lakewood Village Property Owners Association is responsible for maintaining ONLY the common areas owned by the association. The POA is NOT responsible for maintaining landscaping, trees or limbs on private property. PLEASE do not put sticks, broken limbs or leaves from private property (your lawns) in the common area for the lawn service to pick up. The POA cannot bear the expense of maintaining landscaping of private property. The POA cannot take the responsibility of liability of entering private property to maintain landscaping. ALSO, PLEASE ASK FOR PERMISSION FROM YOUR NEIGHBOR BEFORE ENTERING OR DRIVING ACROSS THEIR PROPERTY! AT THE SAME TIME PLEASE MOW & TRIM YOUR LAWN WEEKLY!
