As the holiday season approaches and 2022 comes to an end, the LVPOA Board has been preparing for 2023 and the Annual Meeting. LAWN CARE & MAINTENANCE - The Lakewood Village Property Owners Association is responsible for maintaining ONLY the common areas owned by the association. Springfield has seen a recent increase in motor vehicle burglaries. Many of these burglaries have involved vehicles which were left unlocked. As such, we would like to remind everyone to make sure that your vehicle is locked whenever it is left unattended, even in your driveway. In addition, please make sure to remove any valuables from your vehicle or to keep them hidden out of sight.
One of our Lakewood Village owners had paid a tree removal contractor using the name of GOOD O'BOYS to remove a tree & stump. The contractor was going door to door soliciting work. They did remove the tree but never came back to remove the stump. She had paid $500 for the stump grinding.
