Dues may be paid annually or semi-annually.  In times of very difficult financial circumstances an owner may submit a written request to the Board to authorize other arrangements.  If a request is granted, the delinquency dates will be adjusted. 

Annual dues are due January 1 and are delinquent if not paid in full by January 31st. Semi-annual dues are due January 1st and July 1st and are delinquent if not paid in full by January 31st and July 31st.

Make checks payable to:  LVPOA or Lakewood Village Property Owners Association. Mail your dues to:  LVPOA, PO Box 14702, Springfield, MO 65814.

If a dues payment is delinquent, a reminder invoice will be mailed with a $25.00 monthly late fee added to the balance due.   

Names of members whose dues are delinquent may be posted on the clubhouse bulletin board and could be printed in the monthly newsletter, The Lakewood Village View.

Property owners whose dues are 90 days delinquent will forfeit use of all facilities including the Clubhouse, swimming pool, trash pick-up service as well as voting privileges.  Non-use of facilities and services does not relieve member’s dues obligation.

In addition, if dues become 90 calendar days delinquent, lien procedures may/will be initiated and the owners will be responsible for all filing fees and costs incurred.
