As the holiday season approaches and 2022 comes to an end, the LVPOA Board has been preparing for 2023 and the Annual Meeting. A proposed budget is being finalized for property owner approval, Committee Chairmen are working up reports to be presented and the Annual Meeting Packets are being assembled. As it happens each year, some board member’s terms will be expiring, and new board members are needed. Please consider offering your voice, insight and expertise in making the LVPOA Board a success for the entire community. Specifically, the positions we need to fill would be Finance Chairman and Secretary. Two additional board seats are vacant. The time spent on the board is not immense, and benefits for yourself and our community is both rewarding and essential to maintaining the welfare of Lakewood Village.
