The homeowner is responsible for cutting back any branches that hang over the common ground line into or across their property line. This includes branches that hang over roofs or decks. Failure of host or their guest to adhere to Pool Party Policies and Pool Rules could result in loss or suspension of pool use privileges. All parties will require a $40.00 non-refundable fee for use and $135.00 refundable deposit.
