Failure of host or their guest to adhere to Pool Party Policies and Pool Rules could result in loss or suspension of pool use privileges.

1. All parties will require a $40.00 non-refundable fee for use and $135.00 refundable deposit. The deposit to be paid prior to the party in the form of two checks; one for $40.00 is non-refundable and one for $135.00 to be refunded when inspection determines that pool area and clubhouse basement have been cleaned with no damage.
2. Reservation for pool party must be made at least one week prior to event. Call Clubhouse/Pool Party Scheduling chairperson or committee member to schedule.
   
   
3. There will be no more than two pool parties in a seven day period.
   
   
4. Any LVPOA member or associate member is limited to two pool parties a season.
   
   
5. All association dues and fees must be current.
   
   
6. Member or associate member host is responsible for supervising all guests and it is their responsibility to ensure that all guests follow pool rules. Host is responsible for obtaining the signature of all guests 18 years of age or older on Guest Use Agreement.
   
   
7. An adult 18 years or older must closely supervise children in the pool and pool area as ALL times. When the party includes children (fifteen years of age or below) more than one adult must be present to supervise.
   
   
8. No parties shall be given for a civic organization; this follows the same rules as the clubhouse rental.
   
   
9. Parties are limited to 12 guests. Parties are limited to 3 hours.
   
   
10. Pool parties are not private events. The pool remains open to all members and their guests. Upcoming pool parties to be posted on pool bulletin board.
    
    
11. You have the use of the lower level of the clubhouse with tables and supplies available for a private area.
    
    
12. The LVPOA member hosting the party will be responsible for cleaning the facility at the end of the party.

-Return Furniture to original position
-Sweep and Mop the floor
-Remove trash and party items from the pool/clubhouse
-Clean the refrigerator of any party items.
